Fresh Kils, Myer Clarity – End of Days (feat. Roshin & DJ Versatile)

MPC specialist Fresh Kils and lyricist Myer Clarity have announced OCDC, a collaborative album due May 19th via URBNET. Lead single “End of Days” (feat. Roshin & DJ Versatile) is out now — the first taste of what the two have been building together.

Kils brings a boom-bap production foundation; Clarity brings the kind of blunt, direct lyricism that doesn’t leave much room for interpretation. “End of Days” adds two more voices to the mix: Roshin, another lyricist with weight behind his words, and DJ Versatile on cuts. Four contributors, one track, no wasted space. Clarity called it some of his best writing — which, given how directly he tends to speak, probably means it’s worth taking at face value.

Details on the full album are still limited, but the lineup is enough to flag this one early. I’m here for anything with Kils on production.
